Supply of Goods:

All prices quoted are trade prices excluding VAT.

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, normally within 28 days.

As our products are all hand finished, there might be a slight variation in their colour.

We always aim to fulfil all orders in the entirety.  However, there may be occasions when certain products are not available due to production difficulties or stock availability.

Goods will be delivered via a courier and will be your responsibility to display.

The goods will be your responsibility and risk after delivery.

Ownership of the goods passes to the customer only when payment has been made in full.

Payment Terms and Methods:

Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice, unless other terms are agreed in writing.

The minimum delivery order value is £750 plus VAT.

All payments are subject to VAT.

Carriage will be paid on orders above the minimum value.

BACs payments are the preferred method – bank details will be provided.

Claims:

Goods must be examined and signed for by you on delivery.  No credit can be given for discrepancies or damages identified after the goods have been signed for, unless deemed to be a manufacturing fault.
